Dr. Richa Mishra, PhD in Biological Sciences from IGIB-CSIR, has extensive research experience in experimental biology. Due to her strong interest in community health, she transitioned from a laboratory-based career to public health. She holds a postgraduate diploma in Public Health Management from Indian Institute of Public Health (PHFI-IIPH), New Delhi, and has worked with various renowned organizations such as National Institute of Immunology, Delhi; Shalby chain of multi-specialty hospitals, Ahmedabad; and Asian Research and Training Institute for Skill Transfer, Bengaluru. Dr. Mishra has spearheaded several projects independently and in teams, including designing and implementing non-communicable disease related community awareness programs. She is proficient in conducting mixed-methods research, developing proposals, and managing field projects. Dr. Mishra has a comprehensive understanding of health systems and is dedicated to designing and implementing affordable, accessible, and equitable healthcare solutions that have maximum impact on the last-mile population.
Mr. Prateek Tiwari is a seasoned development sector professional with extensive experience in managing community-based health projects. He has successfully managed several Corporate Social Responsibility projects across multiple states in India, wherein he has been instrumental in driving demand generation, coordinating with government officials, and conducting capacity building activities. Mr. Prateek's expertise in the field of community-based healthcare projects has been further strengthened by his extensive experience in providing training to government's front-line health workers, particularly ASHAs. He has also played a key role in establishing a robust network of community link workers to facilitate effective healthcare delivery to the target population. Mr. Prateek holds a Master's degree in Social Work and a Bachelor's degree in Science from Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University, Kanpur.
Mr. Deepak Kumar Yadav is responsible for overseeing and managing the implementation of community eye care programs, and has successfully executed numerous eye care projects for Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives across India. Mr. Deepak's extensive knowledge and expertise in the field of community ophthalmology projects have been critical to the successful implementation of these initiatives. He is well-versed in the best practices for executing and monitoring such programs. Animesh Rai is a healthcare management professional with over 15 years of experience, possessing significant expertise in the domains of public health, qualitative research, implementation science, and policy. Mr. Rai applies his exceptional advocacy and analytical skills to develop research designs and evaluation tools, and has extensive experience in undertaking project implementation and evaluation of large-scale projects. He obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the prestigious Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra. He then pursued a Master's degree in Health and Hospital Management from the Indian Institute of Health Management Research, Jaipur, and holds a certification in project management from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. With an illustrious career spanning nearly two decades, Dr. Ashutosh Mishra is a public health specialist and has worked with various global health organisations. He is also a board member of several not-for-profit organisations. Dr. Mishra holds a Medical Degree from Kasturba Medical College, Mangalore; a Master’s in Public Health from the University of Sheffield, UK; a Master’s of Science in Epidemiology from Columbia University, New York; and a Professional Diploma in Leading Digital Health Transformation from Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland. With extensive experience in maternal, neonatal, child health, nutrition, and family planning, he has led and managed large scale public health programs and worked extensively with underserved and marginalised communities. He possesses remarkable program management skills, including strategy designing and a significant portfolio of health and hospital systems management. Dr. Mishra has also been instrumental in developing and running professional courses for building the capacity of future health professionals. Dr. Mishra has undertaken strong advocacy with government stakeholders, including ministries of health, and has a deep understanding of the social sector and governance in India.

Alumna of IIT Kanpur, she is well known for driving growth and profitability with her expertise in delivering technology solutions. Deeksha is also a Member of the Board at AA IITK & Mentor at FIRST Incubation Centre IITK. She is the Director of Social entrepreneurship & Enterprises. She is part of Advisory Board of organizations working primarily in Ed-Tech, Health Tech & Media Tech located in India, UK, USA, & Africa.
A public health physician with more than 20 years of experience, Dr. Shivam Gupta has worked in health system monitoring and evaluation to strengthen Primary Health Care (PHC) in more than 20 low-and middle-income countries (LMICs). Dr. Gupta holds a Medical Degree from Kasturba Medical College, Mangalore, a Master’s, and Doctorate in Public Health from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health (JHBSPH), USA. As a faculty member at the JHBSPH, USA for more than a decade, Dr Gupta has collaborated closely with national and international partners, and his research, teaching, and practice have innovatively combined population-based surveys with routine health data to evaluate and document lessons in the systematic implementation and scale-up of health programs across multiple components of PHC, including maternal health, newborn health, community health, and injuries. Dr. Gupta has extensive experience in leading the design, management, analyses, and dissemination of results for studies and programs for a wide range of funders, governments, and public health agencies around the globe.
On leave from Johns Hopkins, he currently works as a Senior Specialist, Measurement in the Resilient and Sustainable Systems for Health (RSSH) and Pandemic Preparedness (PPR) at the Global Fund for HIV, TB, and Malaria in Geneva, Switzerland, where his works focus on mainstreaming PHC into service of the three diseases, rather than as a stand-alone objective, and to develop a robust monitoring and evaluation system to ensure that country data and M&E systems enable reliable tracking of the RSSH outcomes and their effect on HIV, TB, and malaria
