Personalizing health and well-being: putting healthcare in your hands
Democratising Healthcare
At Sarva Samanvay Foundation, we believe in making healthcare an important part of the life of people. Working closely with a network of healthcare facilities, we aim to inculcate healthy behaviours in communities and empower them to take charge of their health status. With the aim of democratising healthcare, our collective efforts are driven for the people, to the people, and by the people!
In India, nearly 5.8 million people die from non-communicable diseases (NCDs) every year or in other words 1 in 4 Indians has a risk of dying from an NCD before they reach the age of 70*.

Revolutionising healthcare using a patient-centred approach
Our compassionate team of experts is committed to making a positive and long-term impact on the health and well-being of communities. We conduct community-based screening programs and connect those found positive to labs and healthcare facilities. Additionally, we counsel the communities on appropriate health practices.
